We are dedicated to the art of breeding Straight Egyptian Arabian horses, and have done so for over 18 years. As the great artist Picasso knew, to produce a masterpiece, you must start somewhere, and we started with the magnificent broodmare, GA Desert Wine, a beautiful daughter of Imperial Imperor. She is the cornerstone from which our program has been built.

Counts Arabians is nestled in the foothills of the Sierras one
hour east of Sacramento, California, a central location for
visitors coming from any part of California. Our goal is to
breed beautiful, athletic Straight Egyptian horses worthy of
their desert heritage. Because we have a small broodmare
band, each foal we produce MUST be one of which we can be
proud.

We own the Straight Egyptian stallion Halameer, who is siring
superior athletes who are winning in the show ring and in
their owners' hearts. Please come by to visit him -- you will
fall in love with his gentle spirit and yet fiery presence.
Although Halameer is no longer available at public stud, we
often have stunning get available for purchase.

We are also excited about the young stallion Shihaab,
one of a few Straight Egyptian sons of Laheeb in the
United States. Laheeb is a sire of champions throughout the
world, including the magnificent Al Lahab.
